The sub forum of the Warrior Forum which houses the biggest egos is probably the Copywriting forum.
And it contains some of the biggest bullshitters and piss artists too.
People like Rick Duris, Mal Lambe, and Mark Pescetti.
I'd bet a penny to a pound of shit that these guys don't have a pot to piss in as a result of "writing copy".
Real copywriters don't spend their time on a bloody internet marketing forum, trying to flog $7 ebooks/reports like Rick Duris.
Or spend their time being as odiously offensive as "The Copy Nazi" aka Mal Lambe. This clown plays the "hard man" with gratuitously offensive comments to draw attention to himself.
Yet his website TheCopyNazi.com has hit the skids and is abandoned.
What we are left with is the most appropriately named WallyWorld.
Yes, this big swinging copywriter dick has made his literary mark with WallyWorld and hie EzineArticles account which contains such delightful "copy" as "How to Design and Make Your Own Poker Chips" and "Top Position in Google Means Heaps of Traffic" (no shit Sherlock?).
This is the clown who claims to have 30 years copywriting experience.
And who claims to command at least $2,500 per job.
The problem is a simple one: the Copy Nazi is a fantasist whose self delusion is even more tediously irritating than some of the others because he is such a distasteful prick.
Rick Duris’s problem is also a simple one. He can’t spell.
Now I don’t know about you but in my book a copywriter who can’t spell can’t really call himself a copywriter. Or at least can’t do so with any credibility.
I know because I got his recent $7 report. It’s full of typos and misspellings.
And I read his interfering and unjustified “defence” of Seth Czerepak’s book on Amazon.com when some guy, who actually bought the book, criticised it and felt he was mislead.
What’s most nasty and disgusting about these self appointed copywriters though is the way they use a herd mentality to try to maintain a facade of success. So anyone like the member “split test” who asks sceptical and legitimate questions is quickly dumped upon and told where his place is.
Those guys don’t want people asking understandable questions.
Because they can’t afford to have the truth emerge.
That they are engaged in one big circle jerk of mutual masturbation on a daily basis on an internet marketing forum.
Rather than actually working and writing copy.
