I migrated to the Offline Forum of the Warrior Forum some time ago to get some relief from the con men and women of the main Warrior Forum. To my chagrin I have discovered “plus ca change, plus ce meme chose”..
There are as many spoofers and bullshitters in the offline section as there is in the main forum.
Take two: Jason Kanigan and John Durham.
In this thread a guy is enquiring about the price of cold calling scripts.
Mr. Sales on Fire, Jason Kanigan himself, jumps in to proudly link to this screen shot to display his true worth.
The problem for Jason is that a closer inspection of his Elance account, where incidentally he positions himself as a “BizWriter”, is that it shows he has earned the grand total of, wait for it….$2,888 in the last 12 months.
Now I don’t know what the economy is like in NC but around my neck of the woods I wouldn’t get a month’s worth of breakfast cereal for that sort of money.
But as “Mr. Sales on Fire” points out when confronted by the delusional John Durham as to why he is still working for the man..
“There aren't many jobs at my level around here.”
I certainly hope not dude, I hope not.
The only thing I have against Kanigan is his propensity to blow his own trumpet and position himself as some kind of expert in cold calling, sales training and so forth.
He is working a job, clearly working hard with the amount of time spent on the Warrior Forum but ..Jeez Jason will you cut out the self regarding posturing and making claims that you can’t substantiate. I know you read a lot of stuff about sales and cold calling but that doesn’t make you an expert.
Kanigan is not the worst of them in the offline section-Durham takes the prize here.
(John, quit crapping on about what you did in the "room" in 2003, will you?)
Here is an individual who single handedly attempts to take over every thread in the forum. A good example of this was earlier in the week in the Rus Sells thread where Rus recounted that he had had enough of the Warrior Forum and was quitting it.
Durham wades in calling him “chicken” and proceeds to monopolize the thread..until Michael Hiles showed up and put some manners on him.
The Offline Section is fertile ground for frauds and self-deluding experts. And they are really beginning to become predictable and tedious.
People like MWind076 who claims to be a roaring success at sales calls yet after years of claimed success rolls up to the forum and starts flogging stupid WSOs. Just how busy could he/she/they be do you think?
If you had a real business would you be fluting around on the WF?
Alright lets get down to brass tacks here because I am fed up reading their crap on the Warrior Forum and their claimed success which is clearly untrue.
Here is the Windham Marketing Solutions blog/site-impressive, no?
And scroll to the bottom of the home page and there is a link to “David’s” site where he blogs about working at home and, yes, you guessed it you can get a free work at home ebook with 101 tips.
If these spoofers behaved themselves and quit faking it till they make it newbies might actually learn something from people like Rus Sells (gone now), rushindo (gone now) and Michael Hiles (seldom around).
Meanwhile we have to stomach Durham, Kanigan, Mwind and listen to the same crap over and over.
As for Adrian Browning-that is another day’s work.
Watch this space..
Oh yeah, this one is for you Jason..
